Drug Discovery Network
H3D Cape Town & WCAIR Dundee Workshops
Three-day workshops in 2023 and 2024 strengthening Africa's drug discovery pipeline through the Gates Foundation-supported network.
We have collaborated with global partners.

Principal Investigator
Dr. Cedric Dzidzor Amengor · Ph.D, AMRSC, MPSGH
Welcome Address
Welcome to the Amengor Drug Discovery and Development (A3D) Research Symposium, housed at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, School of Pharmacy, UHAS, Ho.
Established in 2020, our goal is to nurture early-career scientists and sustain capacity through an integrated drug-discovery platform spanning three sites across two campuses. We bridge computational and bench activities — leveraging molecular modelling, virtual screening, ADME-Tox prediction and structure-based design — and validate candidates through synthesis and experimental assays.
